Most retrofit manufacturers produce standard inserts and hope they fit. We do it differently.

Luxega's AI model digitally maps the internal geometry of every luminaire we encounter — optical cavity, heat sink profile, driver compartment, mounting interface, lens angle. From that data, we produce an LED insert engineered to fit that specific housing with zero tolerance for error.

The result is a mechanically perfect fit, optimal thermal management, and a light distribution that performs exactly as calculated in DIALux — because the insert and the housing are designed to work together, not just placed next to each other.

If we do not yet have an insert for your luminaire, we can develop one. The EUR 450 project fee covers the initial feasibility assessment, drone inspection of your luminaire stock, and scoping — before you commit to anything.
