The 5-Year Warranty is available for all lighting projects, large and small. To maintain warranty validity, products must be used as intended and stored in dry conditions. The 7-Year Warranty is Offered for select contract solutions, demonstrating our confidence in the longevity and reliability of our products. In the rare case of a defective luminaire, we simplify the process for you. Often, there’s no need to return the defective product. Warranty claims can be submitted via the contact form on our website or by emailing a description of the issue along with photos to info@luxega.eu remember to add order number.

Our standard 5-year warranty, preferred by most clients, offers reliable coverage for all lighting projects. With simple claim processes, it’s a practical and trusted choice, reflecting Luxega’s commitment to quality and durability.
Luxega offers tailored service agreements for lighting projects, with terms of 12, 24, 36, or 48 months. Our full-service contracts cover replacements, maintenance, and electrician services, ensuring no extra costs. You’ll also receive direct support through our service system for seamless and reliable assistance.
Our 7-year warranty, offered for an additional 5% on the contract price, is ideal for large infrastructure projects. Often chosen by governments or municipalities for direct purchases, it provides extended protection, reliability, and peace of mind for long-term investments in sustainable lighting solutions.
The Smart City Warranty combines our 5- or 7-year warranty with IoT coverage for hardware and software. Offered through our IT partners, it ensures reliable support for connected lighting systems, enabling infrastructure data access. This solution is ideal for internet-connected projects, providing protection and innovation in one package.

Many times it is a defective driver, sensor or LED board. Send an email with a few descriptive words and some pictures to info@luxega.eu If it is under warranty, we usually need an invoice number.

Even though we use top-of-the-line electronics, sometimes there can be a defect in, for example, a driver or sensor. It's electronics, and if you experience a small amount of lights not illuminating or flashing, don't worry. We'll fix it right away.

As soon as a product does not light up or flash - or the lamp housing has scratches or anything else that makes it unusable. Contact Luxega so we can discuss solutions.

In most cases, you don’t need to return defective products. However, if the defect rate exceeds 2%, we may request a few samples to analyze the cause of the failure.
