The story of Luxega

Luxega was founded in 2019 with a vision to revolutionize street lighting. Initially, we designed three types of streetlights with a focus on Scandinavian aesthetics and functionality. However, entering the market for new street lighting proved challenging. After consulting with market leaders in engineering, energy, and municipalities, we decided to rethink our approach.

By 2022, we developed an innovative system to clone existing streetlight housings, using AI to create perfectly fitted LED inserts. This breakthrough has transformed how we approach sustainable lighting upgrades, reducing waste and costs.

Today, Luxega works closely with municipalities, specifiers and contractors, earning respect for our cutting-edge solutions. Our journey is driven by a passion for sustainability and good light, and we’re proud to lead the way in making street lighting smarter, greener, and more efficient - one streetlight at a time.
